AI is moving faster than the guardrails. Somebody has to say the quiet part out loud.
Knowledge is no longer scarce. Intelligence is ambient. And most organizations are still optimizing for a world that no longer exists.
Dark AI Defense™ exists to close that gap — with honest analysis of where AI is actually heading, what it means for real organizations, and where the risk accumulates before anyone’s paying attention.
No hype. No panic. Just clear thinking from someone who’s been inside enough technology cycles to know the difference.
I write about what’s actually happening with AI — not the press release version, not the doomsday version. The version that helps you make better decisions before the stakes get higher.
Who’s Writing This
I’ve spent my career at the intersection where customer reality collides with what organizations think customers want. That gap — between what gets built and what actually gets used — is where I’ve done my best work.
At VCE and Dell, I took reference architectures and field signals and turned them into products that scaled. At Dark AI Defense™ , I’m doing the same thing with AI governance — finding the problems that are real but still unresolved, before most organizations have a framework for them.
When I’m not writing, I work with executives and investors on AI strategy and technology diligence.
